Capabilities
What we build, andhow we build it.
Four sectors, six process steps, one acceptance standard. Every harness leaves with paperwork to match.

Process · Six steps
How a harness becomes a harness.
- Step 01
Engineering review
Drawing or sample is studied. Bill of materials, routings and test points are agreed before any wire is cut.
- Step 02
Material preparation
Wire, terminals and connectors are released against the BOM. Lots are stamped at issue.
- Step 03
Cut, strip, crimp
Calibrated semi-automatic and manual stations. Crimps verified against documented acceptance criteria.
- Step 04
Assembly
On dedicated jigs. Branch routing, taping and connector seating performed per work instruction.
- Step 05
Inspection & test
Continuity and visual inspection at multiple stages. Out-of-spec lots never enter pack-out.
- Step 06
Pack, label, ship
Packed for export, kit-labeled, and entered into the ERP system for shipment tracking.
Standards
Built to a documented standard.
Standards are not slogans. They are the line between a workshop and a manufacturing institution.
- Acceptance
- Documented acceptance criteria
- Crimp validation
- Pull-test sampling per shift
- Traceability
- ERP lot and serial records
- Inspection
- Multi-stage, in-process and final
- Documentation
- Product data sheet per part number
- Packaging
- Export-ready packing
