Capabilities

What we build, and
how we build it.

Four sectors, six process steps, one acceptance standard. Every harness leaves with paperwork to match.

Industries

Four sectors, same standard.

Passenger, commercial & two-wheelers

  • Engine, body and dashboard harnesses
  • Sealed connector assemblies
  • Series and aftermarket production
02

Industrial

Machinery & equipment

  • Power and control harnesses
  • Panel-mount wiring loom assemblies
  • Custom routing for OEM machinery
03

Home appliances

Series production for OEMs

  • Volume runs with stable cycle time
  • Cost-optimized routings
  • Packed for line-side consumption

Process · Six steps

How a harness becomes a harness.

  1. Step 01

    Engineering review

Drawing or sample is studied. Bill of materials, routings and test points are agreed before any wire is cut.

  2. Step 02

    Material preparation

Wire, terminals and connectors are released against the BOM. Lots are stamped at issue.

  3. Step 03

    Cut, strip, crimp

Calibrated semi-automatic and manual stations. Crimps verified against documented acceptance criteria.

  4. Step 04

    Assembly

On dedicated jigs. Branch routing, taping and connector seating performed per work instruction.

  5. Step 05

    Inspection & test

Continuity and visual inspection at multiple stages. Out-of-spec lots never enter pack-out.

  6. Step 06

    Pack, label, ship

Packed for export, kit-labeled, and entered into the ERP system for shipment tracking.

Standards

Built to a documented standard.

Standards are not slogans. They are the line between a workshop and a manufacturing institution.

Pull-test sampling per shift
Traceability
ERP lot and serial records
Inspection
Multi-stage, in-process and final
Documentation
